What is Willmore Wellness?Willmore Wellness is a holistic coaching and lifestyle concierge service that helps individuals take control of their fitness, nutrition, self-care, and mindset. Unlike a traditional personal trainer or therapist, I take a full-body, full-life approach—helping clients build sustainable habits that support their energy, resilience, and overall well-being.

Who do you work with?I work with busy professionals, high performers, and everyday people looking to improve their physical and mental well-being. Many of my clients are entrepreneurs, realtors, and athletes, but I also work with anyone ready to commit to authentic self-care.

Do I need equipment for virtual coaching?Not necessarily! I design workouts based on what you can access—whether that’s a full gym, bodyweight, kettlebells, or resistance bands.

Do you offer virtual coaching?Yes! I work with clients in person in Dallas, TX, but I also offer virtual coaching via Zoom so we can create a tailored wellness game plan no matter where you are.

What’s the difference between a package and à la carte coaching?À la carte coaching lets you choose only what you need (such as a one-time check-in, single session, or assessment). Packages offer ongoing support and more profound transformation through regular coaching, accountability, and personalized plans.

Willmore Wellness goes deeper—integrating fitness, self-care, stress management, nutrition, and daily routines to help you create lasting change. I guide you in movement, mindset, and lifestyle habits, not just reps and sets.
